Shannon Mays, International Champion Auctioneer

Shannon Mays holds the title of 1995 International Auctioneer Champion—Women's Division. She is the owner, auctioneer, and broker of Shannon & Associates, Auctioneers that operates in conjunction with her real estate company, Coldwell Banker Shannon & Associates—located in El Dorado Springs, Missouri.

Mays' auction division conducts a variety of auctions including: real estate, commercial, farm, and personal property, as well as benefit auctions. Some representative clients include the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society, in addition to several private schools, and wildlife conservation groups. Shannon is also a contract auctioneer for Hudson and Marshall of Dallas, Texas, and travels nationwide selling foreclosed properties for national lenders.

Mays graduated from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering and has been selling for 20 years. She has her Auctioneers Accreditation in Real Estate and is a candidate for the Certified Auctioneer's Institute. Shannon graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Communications.

Mays is a lifetime member of the National Auctioneer's Association, Missouri Professional Auctioneer's Association, Missouri and National Association of Realtors, and Five County Board of Realtors. She is a past member of the Board of Directors for both the Missouri Professional Auctioneer's Association and the El Dorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.
